Croatia is full of interesting events all year long and here are my favorite upcoming events that I am planning to visit:

August

The Liburnia Film Festival in Icici, near Opatija, will take place towards the end of August and will showcase Croatian films.


...in Zagreb...
The Red Hot Chili Peppers are to play the Hippodrome in Zagreb on 29th August 2012, with tickets available from Eventim.hr.

Dubrovnik

Each year, the Julian Rachlin & Friends festival of chamber music features world-renowned musicians led by Austrian violinist Julian Rachlin. Founded in 2000, the festival features a series of concerts each year at wonderful landmarks across the city. The festival takes place end of August/beginning of September."
