Hartera is the local name for the former paper mill (the oldest cigarette paper factory in Europe). Although located in the city center, location of Hartera provides all-night party, which is very rare for city festivals in the region and beyond. Founded in 2005, this Festival became one of the most popular Croatian Music Events. The 9th edition of the Hartera Festival is coming very soon in beautiful Hot Spot Rijeka! This Event again brings many 'big local and foreign names'.
